Hello!

I bought an M-Vave SMC-Pad Pocket MIDI Pad to use with FLX4 in DJAY PRO. I want to use more than the 16 samples I configured on the FLX4 pads. I’ve already managed to install the M-Vave SMC-Pad Pocket MIDI Pad, but when I map it, it only directs to the ones already in FLX4, meaning it repeats the ones I already configured for FLX4. I need 32 different samples, 16 samples in FLX4 and 16 samples in the M-Vave SMC-Pad Pocket MIDI Pad.

Is it possible to use the 16 pads (samples) from the M-Vave SMC-Pad Pocket MIDI Pad, through mapping, different from what I configured in FLX4?

I use an iPad 7.

Hi @Alexseyn_Rodrigues, currently djay only supports a total of 16 Sampler Samples. Adding another MIDI controller doesn’t increase the number of available samples.

Slak_Jaw, Is it possible to use a minimized application to run the samples?

You might be able to use a second app in the background for samples, but I think audio routing on iOS could be an issue.
