I use Djay pro ai and found out you can mix songs with BPM differences not more than 15 bpm..
Hi @Kimba, welcome to the Community! Can you please provide more details and perhaps a short screen recording? You can definitely mix songs in djay with BPMs further apart than 15 BPM.
You can definitely mix tracks with a very broad range of bpm’s only thing is remember the key range may be a factor, you want Lou Rawls sounding like Lou Rawls and not like Alvin and the Chipmunks. The AI helps but that pitch slider is the set in stone way to mix, though a bunch of radio mix shows are using the AI to do seamless mixes and as a dj with an ear ( I have been DJ’ing since 1982 ) you can tell the difference, but what gets the dancefloor packed I guess that is all that matters.
