HELP **** I am using a re-loop MixTour Pro With Djay Pro and a iPad Air 11 and for some reason, I cannot Cue up a song and hear it in my headphones. It did work before everything is brand new.
When I go into settings, it says that Using Decks 3-4 for cue and it plays songs on Deck 1-2 which is fine because I don’t use deck three and four for playing songs only decks one and two.
Check the software settings for Pre-cueing. The software Pre-cue settings are independent of the Mixtour Pro hardware controls and sometimes get turned off.
This is the macOS screen; look for the same settings in iOS.

Hi @DjNugene, welcome to the Community! With the Mixtour Pro connected to your iPad, please navigate to the djay Settings>Audio Devices and ensure the Mixer Mode is set to Internal. Also, try pressing the Reset to Defaults button at the bottom. Let me know if that solves you pre-cueing issue or not.
