Hi @Rush52nn, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the detailed information. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.
- Please make sure the switch on the front left side of the Mixtour Pro is set to “STEREO” not “MONO”.
- Then navigate to the djay Settings>Sound>Audio Output and enable Mono Output.
- How exactly are you connecting your Android device to the Mixtour Pro?
- Which USB socket on the back of the Mixtour Pro is connected to your device?
- Do you have at least a 60W charger connected the the Power/PC USB socket?
- Are you using any USB Adapters of USB Hubs? If so, please try connecting directly to the Mixtour Pro with a USB cable.
- Have you tried a different, high-qualtiy, USB cable with dual ferrites on either end?
- Do you have an active djay Pro subscription or are you using the free trial?
Thanks for answering my questions @Rush52nn. Can you please try updating to Android 16?
I have android 16 on vivo
Some videos with Vivo in both modes and windows laptop
Also ive created ticket 247406 with more info, like usb debug tools logs

Thanks for the videos and additional info @Rush52nn. I can’t think of anything else to suggest. Unfortunately, we have reports that some Android devices do not fully support audio output via external multi-channel audio interfaces such as the ones built into these MIDI controllers, which can result in distorted audio output or no audio on the controller’s headphone output.
Our best advice at this moment is that if your Android device does not work correctly with an external device, please first ensure that you have installed all available software and security updates for your device using the Android settings app.
Note: djay for Android is developed to work on the Android operating system. However, due to the vast number of Android devices available in the market, some devices may not support every feature of the app. Specifically, external audio interfaces (like the ones integrated in some DJ controllers) are not supported by some Android devices.
Can you share a list of all android supported devices?
We do not have a list @Rush52nn
So how you now, that problem with android devices? Maybe its software problem, like other music player dont have problems with usb sound forwarding.
If i can help with debug, just say how. Cause on Xiaomi mi12t pro ANDROID 15 all work fine, except sound flickering
It is likely a software, firmware and hardware combination. This is why maintaining a list is not very feasible. Some devices worked on older OS’s and some only started working with newer OS’s. If you search around this community, you may find some other Android users that have no issues with their devices so they may be able to help point you in the right direction. Sorry that I couldn’t be of more help. You could also contact Reloop Support to see if they have any additional suggestions for the Mixtour Pro with your Android setup. I hope that helps!
Btw, why Crossfader Fusion didnt avaible on Mixtour pro without pro subscription? Is showed as a include feature on Reloop webpage
CFX is supported on the Mixtour Pro, but requires a pro subscription. The Mixtour Pro unlocks MIDI Control, Neural Mix and the Sampler without a subscription.
