Mixtour Pro: Reset Neural Mix Controls not working

I have disabled Reset Neureal Mix Control in the Djay Pro 5.3 settings. I turn the knobs on the Mixtour Pro controller and visually see the sound wave changing, but if I go to the Neureal Mix section, the bars don’t change.

When I load a new track, I have Neureal Mix at 100%, even though I have the knob on the Mixtour Pro controller at 0%. In Djay Pro program slider position is also at 100%.

It’s confusing and there are always errors in the mix because I expect that there is no sound, but there is, although the knobs on the controller are turned to 0%.

I can visually see that the sound wave is visible, although I have the Reset Neureal Mix Control option disabled.

I’ve noticed that if I don’t use the Mixtour Pro controller, I only change the values in the Djay Pro - Neureal Mix app, everything works as I expect. When loading the next track, Neureal Mix stays at 0% as it was before.

I guess I need to wait for a new firmware for Mixtour Pro for this option to work properly.

It is very strange to see this on a controller that is specially designed for Djay Pro.

Please discuss this with Reloop and Algoriddim engineers. Perhaps there will be some solution to this problem?

Hi @Zirrex, please note that the Neural Mix EQs and Neural Mix Volumes (bars) are different controls and are not linked to each other. These are completely independent ways of controlling Neural Mix.

The EQ knobs on the Mixtour Pro only control the Neural Mix EQs when the NM/EQ buttons on the hardware are enabled (illuminated orange). The Mixtour does not control the Neural Mix Volumes (bars).

So, in your case you need to disable Reset EQ, FX, Tempo
