Mixtour Pro Updator “Can’t find device”

Just purchased the mixtour pro and wasn’t able to plug and play on djay pro. I downloaded the firmware and followed steps to install but once I click connect I get “Can’t find device”.

Although someone could know the answer, I’d say this is not the right place. Try here: Support Ticket Request - Reloop

  1. Try it on another USB port
  2. Try a different USB cable
  3. Try it with a different computer
  4. Get in touch with Reloop support
  5. Try a different Mixtour Pro - in other words: maybe the controller is defective.

The cable was the issue. Since the unit didn’t come with a usb-a to usb-c cable I ended up using a basic charging cable as opposed to “thicker” better one.
