Mixtour Pro + Windows: Filter and BPM issue

  • Hardware/controllers used: Reloop Mixtour Pro (Firmware 1.0.1)

Summary of the issue:

  • Filter Resonance (low/medium/high) has no effect on the unit’s filter knobs.

  • Mode + Shift + Cue Button / Play button does not change BPM by 0.1 but instead 0.3.
    Can’t alter this in midi mapping, everything is greyed out.
    Feel like a minor bug but the devil is in the details

Hi @djfredhaze, thanks for the details about your setup and the issues. This is very helpful. I’ve passed this onto engineering for further review and will report back when I have news.

EDIT:

  1. Filter Resonance: I tested this on my Windows 10 laptop, running djay 5.2.10276.0, and firmware 1.0.1. I can hear the difference between the low/medium/high Filter resonance settings. It is subtle, but noticeable to my ears.
  2. BPM: I can confirm that the BPM adjustment is 0.2-0.3 instead of 0.1
