Mixtour Samsung Tab S (SM-T800)

Hi there I bought a Mixtour and hooked it up via supplied OTG cable to my Samsung Tab S (SM-T800). I used an app to confirm that the tablet recognizes the Mixtour. I downloaded Andorid version of DJAY 2. When I hook everything up the Mixtour does not engage the DJAY 2 app. The App works on the tablet, but there is no integration. The Mixtour lights are on, but no one is home.

Please advise on how I can get this gear setup to work.

Hi Mauricio, Thank you for getting in touch. We are sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried opening djay and connecting the controller afterwards?
