Yes, load the mp3 on any deck and open the sample recorder. Press and hold the deck button (1 or 2) that has the mp3 on it. For as long as you hold the button, the sample will record for that length of time. Name the saved sample, and then edit the pad that you want the sample to be on and select your recording from “My samples”
