My Files randomly refreshing and freezing

  • Hardware/controllers used (e.g. Reloop Mixon 8 Pro): Reloop Mixon 8 Pro

Summary of the issue:
My Files randomly refreshes all folders causing folder browsing being frozen for 10 seconds. Other functions seem to slow down too. iCloud is turned off.

How to reproduce the issue:
Nothing, files just refresh a few times every hour. Doesn’t matter if music is playing or not.
