My TIDAL songs are not being loaded, but videos are...

macOS 14.6.1
Dj Pro 4.0.1

Summary of the issue:

Whenever a try to load a song from Tidal into the decks, a window pops up saying:
“Your TIDAL subscription does not support HiFi audio quality. Please change your selected audio quality in the djay settings.”"

Thing is my subscription does allow hifi quality and I’m using normal quality audio for tidal streaming in the settings… It gets even worse. If I try to load a video into the deck from Tidal, it works!

Already tried to log out from tidal and from djpro, made sure that the streaming quality was set to normal and not to hyfi and the bug persists…

It was working fine not so long ago and I didn’t change anything…

Can anyone help me with that?

Hi @Carlos_Jannarelli, thanks for the details about your setup and the issue. Can you please confirm that you’re subscribed to the Tidal Individual Plan with the DJ Extension add-on?
