Need software for first gen iPad to use Numark iDJ Pro. I have update 5.1.1 but the app requires iOS8??? Please help. This used to work.

Hi! I need the software upgrade for the first gen iPad to use the app on a Numark iDJ Pro (in partnership with Algoriddim). I have updated the iPad to the latest 5.1.1 but the app requires iOS8??? Please help. This used to work. Now it is pretty useless. Also, will the Numark iDJ pro work with newer iPads? It currently has a charger/connector cable for the first gen iPad.

It’s just a system requirement thing. Your iPad first gen doesn’t meet the requirements. I’d get a iPad 2 or later. Yes idj pro will work with newer iPads you just need a apple connector.
