Need to recalibrate after changing camera adapter

Using iPad 10

Mixer: Numark Scratch

I had It working initially then I tried another adapter snd that’s when the problem happened.

Now in DVS

It’s not reading phase or my needle and saying none

No device, no calibration of sign wave grid at all. Just none, very frustrating

I expect to get the app working again.

@eddiemarz here are a few suggestions that might help:

  1. Make sure you are using a Genuine Apple USB 3 to Lightning Camera Adapter. Many 3rd party adapters simply are not reliable with djay.
  2. The order that you connect things with djay Pro AI is very important.
    a. Disconnect everything from your iPad including the charging cable.
    b. Close djay and reboot the iPad.
    c. Launch djay.
    d. Connect the Camera Adapter to the iPad.
    e. Connect your original iPad charger to the Camera Adapter and confirm that the iPad is charging.
    f. Connect your mixer to the Camera Adapter.
