what’s up chat. im pretty new to using the djay app and i’m having trouble with my neural mix settings. i’m not sure what i did but the crossfader between vocal and instrumental was working fine and one day it just disappeared. i now only have the option to press for vocal only or press for instrumental only. before i could slide between the two. any help is greatly appreciated.
i’m using an iPad (A16), version 5.3 of djay pro & using the Hercules Smartphone controller.
Hi @godbodysaj, welcome to the community! We made some changes and improvements to djay in the 5.3 release. The functionality of the Neural Mix Crossfaders has been significantly improved and had to be move to a different spot. Please see below and let me know if you have any follow up questions.

Until recently, there was a rotary knob per deck that allowed you to control Neural Mix — for example, to smoothly fade between tonal and percussive elements. Since version 5.3, that knob seems to be gone. Instead, there are now toggle buttons per deck, which can sound a bit abrupt during a mix.
Is there a way to switch back to the knob in the settings, or is it simply no longer available?

@tom_tyron solution is above. i personally used that crossfader a lot so i mapped it into my controller. i swapped out my tempo sliders on my hercules DJControl mix so now i have a neural mix slider for each deck.
Hi again @godbodysaj, yes, you can MIDI map these. Please set the Target>Mixer then scroll down to the desire Neural Mix Crossfader Actions.
