Summary of the issue: mapped shift fx select buttons to fx assignment vocals, harmonics, drums on fx1, 2 and 3. When shift press and press fx select 1 2 3, led lights stay on when need to change when press 1, 2 or 3.
How to reproduce the issue: when mapped press shift fx select 1, 2 or 3 and led lights don’t work as should.
Hi @Dysfunk_DJ, thanks for the details plus the video - super helpful. Can you please confirm if you are using the (built-in) MIDI mapping or a custom edit? Also, are you using the latest version 1.02, REV5 firmware? Thanks!
Hi @Slak_Jaw custom mapping and I’ve just updated to latest fw 1.02. Same behavior.
Thanks for confirming @Dysfunk_DJ. I recommend that you check your MIDI Out and Advanced MIDI Out Configuration for each of the 3 buttons for both decks to ensure they are consistently set. In particular, keep an eye out if you’ve accidentally changed the Blend or Invert toggles.

Hi @Slak_Jaw i tried in built mapping and just mapped deck 2 fx seiect with shift and led bug still there. Tried also iPhone 15 pro max and same issue. Its not a massive issue, more annoying than anything as I like it perfect.

Hi @Dysfunk_DJ, I just spoke with engineering. The right side LEDs staying on is a hardware thing - the controller turns the LEDs On and Off via button presses and ignores any MIDI. So, there is nothing we can do here. Unfortunately, there is no way to layer these buttons for Deck 3/4 with this controller. The only thing you can do is duplicate all the the mapping items and assign the copies to Deck 3/4 so at least the two left and right side decks will each switch together. I hope that helps!
Thanks for getting back to me. I’ll copy over to deck 3 and 4. To be fair I only use deck 4 for scratching a vocal.
