Welcome to the Algoriddim Community forums, and thanks for reaching out about this. So we can take a closer look, could you please tell us the following:

  1. What device are you currently using?
  2. What macOS are you currently running?
  3. Are you able to download Neural Mix Pro fro the Mac App Store at all? If not, could you please send a screenshot of the error message you are getting when you try to download Neural Mix Pro?
