i updated to ios7 and now i cant hear sound from my video library playlist on the vjay (using ipad mini)

Both vjay apps were updated on 4th October - after this the audio on *all* my videos loaded correctly, even those ones which were affected previously…so I’d say this issue has been fixed, no?

We’ve been able to identify the problem and our developers are already working on it.

In the meantime, here’s a workround that definitely works:

  • in iTunes on your Mac/PC, ctrl-click on the video
  • select “Get Info” and go to “Options”
  • select “Music Video” as “Media Kind”
  • in the “Music” (syncing) tab, make sure that “include music videos” is enabled
  • sync your iPad/iPhone

This problem has been fixed with vjay 1.3.1. Please download the latest version via App Store -> Updates.

I have same problem sound only works with iTunes video?

I use vjay a lot had to in the past delete the app and reinstall from the computer in iTunes.

I had to go back to the old vjay to get the sound back deleted the app, then reinstalled from backup on the computer.

Also shows new downloaded videos from iTunes as being in iCloud but there not along with sound from movies. I can add sound by just clicking the video then adding sound from music list. Bye clicking the same video under music list.

Thank you for the workaround. But the vidéoclip is not good as in other apps. The quality is Very bad ( maybe 1 or 2 frame per second).

Vjay issues after update..

Hi guys

After I added the upgrade 1.3 on vjay the videos no longer have sound.

I went to iOS 7 after I did the app upgrade thinking that was the issue but no joy.

I am running a second gen iPad and only have this problem now.

What can I do to fix it.

I must say the upgrade on both the app and iOS is a waste of space.
