Summary of the issue:

I have a impulse 300 by Hercules and a meta quest 3 I try to plug in the controller and select audio as midi I do not have any audio going out on the controller which is connected via rca to my speakers

How to reproduce the issue:

Had this problem at my gig with my REV 5 twice. Version 5.3.1 MacBook Pro. Had to restart computer a few times for it to resolve. Hopefully the issues is worked out.

Hi @Vansh_Purohit, sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

  1. Are the controls on the Hercules hardware working with djay for Quest (i.e. when you press Play on the hardware does djay start playing the track)?
  2. Have you tried a different USB cable between your Quest Headset and the Hercules controller?
  3. Can you confirm that the audio output is working as expected when connecting the controller to a laptop or tablet? This will help us determine if it’s a controller of cable issue.
