Hi @Johnny_Q, thanks for the additional info. Have you installed the DDJ-RR Windows Audio Drivers from the Pioneer DJ website?

Yes, I did, I have the latest firmware and drivers.

- Are you using a DDJ-RR, DDJ-FLX4 or both?
- There seems to be an issue with your Audio Driver or USB connection as your djay Settings>Audio Devices don’t look correct. There should be a place to select your Audio Driver as shown below.
- How exactly are you connecting your hardware to your laptop? Are you using any adapters or hubs?
- Have you tried using different USB cables and different USB ports on your laptop?
- Please make sure the input select switches for both decks are not set to Line/Phone. These should be set to Deck 1 and Deck 2.
