No Match On Deck

I recorded a video showing how I am getting no match in the left deck for a song that should have matches. Is this a DJay problem or a tidal problem?

Thanks for your post! We’ve tried reproducing the issue on our end, and Matches are coming up for that song in djay Pro AI.

So that I can better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

  1. Which device do you have?
  2. Which iOS version is running on your device?
  3. Which djay version are you using? (Please open the djay settings and scroll down to determine the version number.)
  4. Does the issue occur on other tracks as well? Or just that particular one?

Additionally, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists.

  1. Log out of Tidal in djay Pro AI
  2. Restart your iOS device
  3. Log into Tidal in djay Pro AI
  4. Try to match that particular song

Hope they tell you something different, i also experienced the same problem and been waiting on a fix. Mine will work for a few songs and then just stop for My Library

@Alyx I’m unable to reproduce after rebooting the iPad. I will reply to this thread if I am able to reproduce the problem.
