I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to you for some assistance, as I’ve been trying to get in touch with Algoriddim via email, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from them.
Back in 2017, I purchased DJ Pro from the Microsoft Store and have both the purchase email as proof and a order number. However, it seems that my purchase is no longer visible in my account. The only option I see on their platform is to repurchase the software, which doesn’t seem fair given that I have a legitimate proof of purchase.
Could you please get in touch with me to discuss how we can resolve this situation? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a fair solution.
