No sound coming out of Right channel on controller

Hi
Have anyone else have this problem, I’m using iPad air 2 with djay pro AI and reloop beatpad 2 but I don’t get any sound coming from right audio channel , XLR and Phono on beatpad 2 but everything works fine when I use windows laptop and djay pro with the beatpad 2.

Could you please open the djay PRO audio configuration settings and send us a screenshot of how you’ve got it set up? Are you perhaps using split-output?

Thanks for your reply,
No I’m not using split output , it auto detect once I plug in the controller and power it up, I haven’t the audio setting in months, I will have to come back to you with a screen shot as I’ve just packed everything away , but I do remember it saying something about 1&2 for main output and 3&4 for pre queuing, I tried switching them around as the option is their.
