No sound on pre-cueing channel with Spin 2 and iDJ Pro

Hi Marcale,

Can you hear sound on the master output of the Spin 2? What is your Audio Devices Setup? Please tap the gear icon in djay and take a screenshot of your setup.

Is the pre-cueing volume turned up in djay’s settings? Also, as an experiment, please try choosing ch 3-4 for main output.

Yes I have an master output, the headphones work when I switch to split mode but it says switch to multi for ios
