I’m using djay for iPhone in my car by streaming the music via bluetooth to my car speakers.
I always use automix in the car (of course 
) and I set the transition time to 4 seconds.
But often I skip through the playlist by tapping the “next track” button on my car unit. So when skipping through many songs the transition time of 4 seconds is too long to find the right song quickly.
So I had the idea to reduce the transition time to one second (or to waive transition) of automix if the song is skipped within the first 10 seconds of play back.
You could make that as an option (on/off) so the users that always want transitions wont be disadvantaged.
Would make it more easy and faster to skip through songs while riding the car.
