Not able to purchase subscription

  • Device model *(Mid 2012 Macbook Pro
  • Version of operating system MacOS 10.15.7:
  • Version of djay 5.1.7
  • Hardware/controllers used Numark Mixtrack ProFX:

I am trying to get a subscription through the DJAY app, no matter where I go, when I click upgrade to Pro i get this error message " There was a problem with the App Store. This could also indicate the purchase dialog was cancelled.. I’ve made other purchases in different apps and i’ve not been able to recreate the issue outside of the DJay app. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Our engineering team has suggested you restart your Mac and try purchasing djay again.

Hi, I am also having the same issues with literally the same mbp and OS Version as person who started this thread. Restarting the mbp didnt fix the problem. Please let me know if you have a fix.
