Your question:

Hello, I bought the annual plan for djay pro but with no email, and I want to also use my plan in my iPhone, how can I transfer my plan to another email?

Hi @Guilherme_Ramos, what device and OS did you purchase your subscription on? If it was with another Apple device, you should only need to be logged into your iPhone with the same Apple ID. Please also refer to the linked FAQ below and let me know if that helps or not:

Hey Slak, I’m good thank you! I bought the subscription through the computer but with no email signed, I want to transfer my subscription to my email so I can use the same subscription in computer and phone

You’re welcome @Guilherme_Ramos. Your last message is a bit unclear. Is your issue resolved?

Hello! It’s been a week since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!

I turned off hide my email in my Apple account and turned off private replay. It is still showing a private relay ID from Apple can someone tell me how to override this so it can show my correct email registered with Djay pro. I had this problem before and I can’t remember for the life of me how to turn it off. I turned it off on my iPad and cell phone but for some rain it still shows on windows. If I can’t turn this off it will not restore purchase from iCloud.

Hi @FLORIDA_BEAT_MAKERS, sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Please try the following:

Check Apple ID Account Settings:

  1. Sign in to Apple ID on a Browser (Mac/Windows)
  • Go to Apple ID Settings and log in with your credentials.
  • Under Sign-In & Security, click on Apps Using Apple ID.
  • Look for Algoriddim djay Pro and check if it is using “Hide My Email”.
  • If it is, click Manage and choose Stop Using Apple ID (this will disconnect it temporarily).
  • Then, sign in again using your actual email.
  1. If you have iCloud for Windows installed:
  • Open iCloud for Windows.
  • Click Account Details → Sign in if prompted.
  • Under Manage Apps That Use Apple ID, ensure djay Pro is using your correct email.

I figured it out this is what I had to do
After I did this then I logged in on my windows computer and it recognized it. However do not click restore cause it will not find it. It will automatically unlock it. Thanks to Algorridim tech support for all her help. BTW I did do exactly what you said and it was deleted. Thank you

Excellent! Thanks for the follow up @FLORIDA_BEAT_MAKERS. Glad you got it sorted out.
