Whe I try to start the app, it only shows the first screen and then it closes itself. I tried to reinstall it from the Appstore of Amazon, from the Google Playstore and nothing works, I have the last updates of the tablet and is not rooted. I don ́t know if the problem could come from the last firmware/software update of this tablet.
I don ́t know what could happen. My model is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S T-800

Log out from all your devices in spotify.
Ga naar de website van spotify, log in. Zoek naar de tab: op alle apparaten uitloggen, en probeer het nog eens.
Dan kan het bijna alleen maar zijn dat je je naam/wachtwoord niet goed schrijft.
Ik heb het ook wel eens gehad, terwijl ik echt dacht dat ik het goed deed.
Als je gewoon in kan loggen op de spotify website, zou het ook moeten gaan in de app.
Je spotify inlognaam is niet je emailadres (als het goed is), maar je spotify naam.
Dat is een ander probleem dan de spotify inlog problemen.
Dit is een google-store probleem.
Helaas kun je in de info van Djay voor android niet zien welke tablet of telefoon wel of niet wordt ondersteund.
Maar als Free het doet, moet Djay 2 het ook doen. Als je hem kan downloaden.
Zolang je maar met dezelfde gegevens inlogt, als waar je de app mee hebt gekocht.

I Have also problems with my Samsung Tab SM T 800.
It doesn’t work with Spotify premium.
Every time it says youre login / password is not correct…
I paid 2,99 €!!

Ik heb een app op mijn tablet staan djay free, echter de app djay 2 app is een betaalde versie, die ik betaald heb maar niet te downloaden valt.
Je begrijpt natuurlijk wel, dat ik geen verkeerd wachtwoord en inlogcode invoer…beetje vreemd dat het wel werkt als ik op Spotify inlog toch!!
