Hi @matevz_hrovat, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Since this sounds repeatable, can you please capture and share a short video of the issue to help clarify what’s happening? Thanks!
- What version number of djay are you currently using (ex. 5.5.1)?
- Did the Looper Packs work previously and recently stopped or has this always been an issue?
- Do you also experience this issue if you use djay without the Hercules Starlight connected to your Windows device?
Hi,
here’s the answers:
- 5.5.1
- That’s happened on PC, it works ok on IPhone version
- Yes, happend with or without Hercules controller.
Hope you can help resolve this as I have a gig in a few days and would really need to have it sorted.
Thanx, M
Thanks for the info @matevz_hrovat. You could try a fresh djay installation to see if that clears up the issue.
- I suggest that you first backup your djay Media Library database and any custom MIDI mappings. You can find those here: https://help.algoriddim.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014912131-Where-does-djay-Pro-store-cue-points-and-other-metadata
- Then uninstall djay, reboot your device, log in with Admin Privileges, download the latest version of djay from the Official Microsoft Store, then temporarily disable your anti-virus software and install djay.
- After reinstallation, you can simply copy these files back to their original locations to maintain your Hot Cues, Saved Loops, My Collection Playlists, History and Queue.
I hope that helps.
