Hi @matevz_hrovat, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Since this sounds repeatable, can you please capture and share a short video of the issue to help clarify what’s happening? Thanks!

  1. What version number of djay are you currently using (ex. 5.5.1)?
  2. Did the Looper Packs work previously and recently stopped or has this always been an issue?
  3. Do you also experience this issue if you use djay without the Hercules Starlight connected to your Windows device?

Hi,
here’s the answers:

  1. 5.5.1
  2. That’s happened on PC, it works ok on IPhone version
  3. Yes, happend with or without Hercules controller.

Hope you can help resolve this as I have a gig in a few days and would really need to have it sorted.

Thanx, M

Thanks for the info @matevz_hrovat. You could try a fresh djay installation to see if that clears up the issue.

  1. I suggest that you first backup your djay Media Library database and any custom MIDI mappings. You can find those here: https://help.algoriddim.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014912131-Where-does-djay-Pro-store-cue-points-and-other-metadata
  2. Then uninstall djay, reboot your device, log in with Admin Privileges, download the latest version of djay from the Official Microsoft Store, then temporarily disable your anti-virus software and install djay.
  3. After reinstallation, you can simply copy these files back to their original locations to maintain your Hot Cues, Saved Loops, My Collection Playlists, History and Queue.

I hope that helps.

Hello! It’s been a week since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!
