Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX problems

I found some glitches on my Mixtrack Platinum Fx while using it with Djay Pro.

1. Fader cuts don’t work on deck 2 and only works on songs loaded on deck 1. The buttons on deck 2 work but only on songs loaded on deck 1 which is weird.
2. When scratching or mixing in songs on scratch mode, nudging with the side of the platter seem to work only after a delay of 1-2 seconds. Nudging immediately after dropping in a track on scratch mode is not happenning. This problem for me is my number one concern as it affects my mixing habits.
   I use an M1 Ipad pro with the latest ios, latest version of Algoriddim Djay Pro, and Numark Mixtrack Platinum Fx.
