This is an ongoing issue and still not resolved.
Users of this controller have to touch/adjust every control before use so Djay knows where they are set to. (platters, gains, faders, master, vinyl/scratch mode etc etc)
The most annoying and serious issue is that both faders AND the master-output are fully open in the initial state!
It is not a hardware problem, the controller communicates its settings correctly and Serato will work right from a cold startup.
Please have the hardware techs fix this…
