Using my iPhone with pioneer 200 decks but only one track will load on the app

Is the Track located in your Itunes folder?
If so, does it play in the Apple Music app on your phone?
If it doesn’t play on your Music app then there is a problem with the track itself as it may be DRM protected or it just didn’t transfer/Sync properly into your phone from your computer, This occasionally happens to me.
If it does play on your Music app then I don’t have an answer for that.

- What device are you currently using (i.e., what model of iPhone)?
- Which OS version is running on your device?
- Which djay version are you using? (If you are using an iOS/ Android device, please open the djay settings and scroll down to determine the version number.)
- Please explain step-by-step the issue you are experiencing, what you expect to happen, and what actually happens. For example, what music source are you using when this happens, do you get an error message when trying to load a second track, etc.?
