OS Status Error - 54 Will not load ANY of my iTunes library songs

I have read the previous emails on this topic. Maybe I’m not doing this right but it doesn’t seem to work for me. I have a Mac book pro and I have updated my OS. Please advise when I get this error message.

Its Djay Pro 2 and the files are stored in ITunes and most are MP3 and some MP4.

I don’t know how to do that. All I know is that I downloaded that software, I tried to play songs from my iTunes library, I got a OS status error-54 message and it wouldn’t play. This has not happened when I upgraded previous DJAY software.
