Oss status error 1685348671

i add some tracks with copy trans manager in my ipad and iphone(i do this 4 months and everything is ok).when i finished i open the djay and one track couldn’t load and i have this message : the operation couldn’t be completed(Ossstatus error 1685348671.) at both my devices(ipad 2 mini and iphone 5).
in my music section (ipad and iphone)it plays regularly!!!

why do i receive this annoying message?
any help???

Please try syncing it normally via iTunes. If that doesn’t work, please let us know.
