All of my MP3 & m4a are playing on my androids, laptop iTunes music app & windows media players, but at least 50 are not playing on my iPad Apple music or Djay app. Called iTunes support & they hung up on me during 2 separate call backs. Any suggestions?
Hi @DUFFUS, can you please confirm what file format your music is in? There have been issues reported in the past with HLS format. Please refer to the linked topic below and let me know if that helps.
All of the remixes & mixtapes I’ve made using ALGORIDDIM & 25% of my catalog is m4a/ AAC, the rest are mp3. For the record even when I use iTunes to convert mp3 to m4a/AAC some won’t sync & of the 8058 that do at least 50 give me the error message. Believe me when I say I’m grateful for it as is, but I really would like to have access to all of my music. Can you help?
