No itunes tracks will play.
Spotify works fine.

I have read the comments from other posts on this problem, nothing has worked.

hello, I have the same problem and I use the version djay pro 2 2.0.15

I seemed to have solved the problem. A restart, I think…to be honest I can’t remember!

I believe that I did a simple restart of computer. It was awhile ago and I can’t remember. 
Good luck!!
I have also had Spotify stop working. That ended up with me needing to re sign in on Spotify and all was back to normal.
