Philips M1X-DJ - AUX in

Hello,

We use the DJay2 app with Philips M1X-DJ.
When I connection the Ipad to the DJ controller, I can not use the AUX input on the Philips M1X-DJ. Do you have a solution to this problem?

Hi Rene Vlugt,

you have to see the Lightning Adapter and the AUX input as different sources which you can not use in parallel.

Hope this is helping. Nevertheless can you describe what you want to accomplish by connecting another device via AUX?

Hi Rene,

unfortunately the M1X-DJ is not supporting a Mic in natively. You can use the AUX in but won’t be able to talk while mixing.

Thank you for the fast reply.
We would like to use the other input for connecting a microphone. I know that I need a amplifier for aux signaal.

Is there a different way to use a microphone at the same time?
