Summary of the issue:
With pickup mode enabled for the EQ pots, the behaviour is not as expected.
How to reproduce the issue:
With a pot in the middle (β0β), switch to neural mix control with the N button, twist a pot all the way to the left then press the N button to switch back to EQ mode. When you manually adjust the same pot, the EQ will immediately jump to the value of the pot instead of waiting for it to get back to β0β and then takeover. If the pot was anything except β0β, pickup mode works as expected and the value doesnβt change until the pot gets back to that postition.
There is no seperate CC that is transmitted by the pots from the Mixtour Pro when in Neural Mix mode, only CC23-25. Given that it is able to do the expected pickup mode when switching between EQ and NM when the pot is off the β0β mid point, I think this is a valid bug.
Hi @David_Lane, I just tested this in more detail with the Mixtour Pro and I can see what you mean now. The issue seems to be isolated to minimum, center, and maximum EQ dial positions. If you donβt go all the way to the extremes and avoid the center, it seems to operate as expected. I will pass this onto the engineering team for further review after the holidays. Thanks!
