Pioneer DDJ-400 djay ipad effect not selectable

I have the following problem, everything runs smoothly, according to the picture below, it should be very simple to use the effects, but it doesn’t work, if I choose FX Select on the controller, nothing happens, I can only select the effects myself via the ipad, but not via the controller , please help you

Thanks for reaching out about this, and my apologies for the late reply. Thanks also for sharing this helpful diagram for the DDJ-400.

The FX section in the mixer section adjusts the FX of a certain deck. The switch (2-4 in the pdf) selects the deck the FX will be applied to. Please note that we don’t support FX on the master channel.

With FX Select (2-3 in the pdf), you can switch the FX. This button won’t turn the FX on.

With ON/OFF (2-6 in the pdf), you can toggle the FX.
