Pioneer DDJ-800 booth level not working??

Hi,

I have no signal out from the booth level on my DDJ-800.
Or maybe it doesn ́t work with the program?

Hi Lukas,
Thank ́s for your reply.
The booth output works when I tried it in other software like rekordbox…
But will unfortunately not work with djay pro.
When I go in to the midi settings the booth knob turns up so it Should works… 
But I can ́t figure out how…??

Hi Alexander,

Thank you for getting in touch. The Booth and Master are treated as output by the controller which we can not “see” digitally.

Could you please make sure the Booth is connected properly and the Booth Level knob on the controller is set to an adequately level?
