The lower half of the performance pad buttons (Back to Cue, Reverse, Forward, & Censor) do not work as per console feature, while in Hot Cue mode. Instead I get four (4) addt’l Cue Points, 5 thru 8. I would like to have these work as required instead. I tried emailing support via website 10+ days ago and no response yet, so figure I give this a try…See picture attached.
