Pioneer FLX10 crossfader curve

@Slak_Jaw @NathanielAlgo Is it possible to adjust the crossfader curve during the neural mix transition (especially when I want to mix in new vocals) like in Serato, so that the new vocal sound doesn’t thunder in like a flash? I imagine it coming in a little quieter than the playing instrumental song.

Thank you

Hi @DJKamyR, it’s not possible the tweak the individual settings of the different Crossfader FX. Have you experimented with all of the different FX to find one suits your needs better? Have you tried manually adjusting your standard EQs, Neural Mix EQs, Channel Faders or Filters during the auto Crossfade?

For example, if you use the Filter Crossfader FX, you can still manually adjust the Mid EQ to soften the vocals during the transition. If you prefer a CFX that is already automatically adjusting the EQ for you during the transition then you could manually adjust your Low Pass Filter to soften the vocals. Another option would be to switch you onscreen Pad Mode to Neural Mix and manually adjust the Vocals volume during the auto transition. I hope that helps!

Hello! It’s been more than 7 days since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!

Hi, I do this via the EQ knobs and it works fine if I turn the voice Stem down. Thank you Slak_Jaw.

You’re welcome @DJKamyR
