I see my thought error now after starting up rekordbox again which i have used for years in vertical waveform view since the font size in horizontal wave form of the ‘Playing speed display’ and ‘Tempo Range’ (under BPM in the cirkel) is way to small for my old eyes!
Last two or three gigs i’m using Djay in Horizontal view, what i prefer, and then the confusion started.
Also rekord box has this by me so called by ‘pitch bend direction inconsistency in the horizontal versus vertical waveforms’…. which is thus normal.

Exhaustion must have played it’s roll as well. Three nightly gig’s after each other. And since Djay’s beat-grid detection is the best of all, as an open format DJ , i hardly ever have to go on manual for nudging again, except for a handfull strange requests i didn’t have and found on streaming services on the spot. Then, tiered and looking at Djay’s horizontal waveforms, which my brain is not used to yet after watching years at rekordbox in vertical waveform, the confusion started….

Yes, in vertical view moving clockwise it goes forward, i was used to this for years in rekordbox.
Now using Djay in horizontal view (which i did in Traktor for 15 years, before i switched to rekorbox) i have to move from right to left again.
