The playhead position in the full waveforms at the top of the screen (just below the track name) is missing after updating to v5.2.6 when in hardware mode. The playhead is still present when in pro mode.
The missing playhead in hardware mode makes that mode less than ideal since you’re unable to be sure where you are in the track that’s playing. Is this intentional? If not, how can the playhead be restored?
Hi @DaddyDeFunk, can you please share a screenshot? Thanks!
EDIT: never mind, I was able to reproduce it and have reported it to our engineering team. This is not intended behavior. In the meantime, please disable Hardware Mode if you need to see the playhead position in the overview waveform. Thanks!
Hi again @DaddyDeFunk, can you please provide complete details on what iOS device you are using? I was able to reproduce this on iPad Pro 13, but not on iPhone 15 Pro Max or iPhone 12 Mini. Thanks!
I have an issue with the new 2 Deck Hardware Mode on IpadOS. When activated the red position marker is missing. When switching to Pro Mode the red marker is visible.
In 4 Deck Hardware Mode the red position marker is also visible.
Hardware/controllers used (e.g. Reloop Mixon 8 Pro):
In the W track overview waveform on the hardware 2 deck version, the red marker has disappeared??? Hardware 4 decks is OK. There are red markers. Why is that? Before the update to 5.2.6, everything was fine.

Your question:
In hardware mode 2 deck with Reloop mixtour pro:
playhead position is unvisible in the upper 2 waveformes. Have to switch to pro mode to see the playhead position.
This really confused me at a gig last week.Hopefully it gets fixed soon. I’d like to start using my iPad more for gigs but the playhead position marker is something I depend on. I never really noticed how much I depend on it until it went missing.
Hi @Erwin_Deschoenmaeker, please use search before creating new topics. I have merged your new topic with this existing one. This is a known issue. In the meantime, @LogisticalStyles please switch to Pro Mode to display the playhead position on the overview waveform. Thanks!
Thanks for the additional feedback @Pierre_Henry. The team is working on it. In the meantime, please switch to Pro Mode to show the playhead marker on the overview waveform.
