Playlists Disappearing After Crash on MB Pro M3

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a recurring issue with djay Pro on my MacBook Pro (Apple M3 Pro chip) running macOS Sequoia. Whenever the app crashes, all my playlists disappear when I reopen djay Pro. The only way to get them back is by restoring from the automatic backups—but those are usually a day old, which means I lose any new playlists I created after that backup.

This has now happened to me twice in two days. I’m using the Pro subscription plan VERSION 5.2.9, and I really need a solution because I don’t want to rebuild my playlists every time djay Pro crashes.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any tips on why this might be happening or how to prevent it? I’d appreciate any advice or insight on a potential fix. Thanks in advance for your help!

MacBook Pro: Apple M3 Pro
macOS: Sequoia
djay Pro Plan: Pro Subscription Version 5.2.9
Issue: Playlists vanish after a crash, forcing me to restore from a backup.
Question: How can I stop this from recurring and keep my playlists safe?

@Slak_Jaw

I’m still experiencing frequent crashes with djay Pro (version 5.2.9) on my MacBook Pro (Apple M3 Pro, macOS Sequoia). Today, djay Pro crashed again (see attached screenshot), and once more, I lost all my playlists. This problem is severely affecting my workflow—I need to restore playlists daily from backups, losing newer edits in the process.

Could someone from the Algoriddim team please advise on this? Is this a known issue on macOS Sequoia or with the M3 Pro chip specifically? Any immediate solutions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Device: MacBook Pro (Apple M3 Pro)
macOS: Sequoia
djay Pro Version: 5.2.9
Issue: Frequent crashes and subsequent playlist loss

Thanks for your prompt assistance.
