Playlists Move & Deleting Songs

I didn’t use the app yesterday, & for some reason today I’ve been having 2 main problems.

  1. I stream with SOUNDCLOUD - but somehow the playlists have moved around & every time I switch between the 2 apps DJ AI slips off the playlist I’m working on, & loads back to ‘liked songs’ - which is a REAL pain in the A…

  2. I can’t delete songs on my SOUNDCLOUD integration in DJ AI. I used to be able to do this - but today there wasn’t even an option :man_shrugging:t3:

Please help me - I’ll do anything!

Hi @Malechi, sorry for the delayed reply here and that you’re experiencing this issue. I was unable to replicate this myself with a similar setup.

  1. Please try logging out of Soundcloud from within djay and any other browsers or standalone apps.
  2. Next close djay and follow the procedure linked below to perform a Forced Restart of your iPad: Force restart iPad - Apple Support
  3. After rebooting, launch djay and only log into Soundcloud within djay.
  4. Retest and let me know if that solves your issue.
  5. If not, can you please try to capture a short video of the issue, upload it to your Google Drive/Dropbox, enable sharing permissions, then share a link to the video here?
