Explain why the Windows version is:
- incomplete / inconsistent with the instructions, some options are missing, for example Slip Mode, activate the option in the waveform pop-up window - missing
- the quality of Neautral Mix is embarrassing, the vocals generated on a very high-performance PC are at an amateur level compared to competing software
- the software still has problems with Hot Cue - disappearing markers are not pleasant when I want to play and the work was wasted (the problem is not one PC)
- the PC version does not have a Video option - why?
- why don’t you develop full hardware support for other controllers - when paying for the program we should not change the hardware (other programs, e.g. free MIXXX, or paid Serato, Virtual DJ offer much more than your software) - are you going to do something about it?

Hi @Artur_Fomienko, thanks for sharing your feedback. I understand your frustration, and truly value the time you’ve taken to highlight these concerns. Our dev team is constantly working to improve djay across all platforms, including Windows, with regular updates and new features.
- Missing Features (e.g., Slip Mode): You’re correct; some features available on other platforms are currently missing in djay for Windows. We’re aware of these gaps and are actively working to bring more consistency across all versions.
- Neural Mix Quality: We hear you. Neural Mix performance can vary depending on system configurations, and we’re continuously refining our algorithms to improve audio quality. Enhancing Neural Mix on Windows is a priority, and we aim to deliver better results with future updates. At the moment, we currently support our highest quality NM on Windows ARM devices.
- Hot Cue Issues: I know how critical Hot Cues are, and am sorry to hear you’re experiencing disappearing markers. Can you please elaborate on this issue or remind me of the existing discussion topic in the Community so I can follow up on this further?
- No Video Option on PC: Currently, video mixing is only available on macOS and iOS. We understand how important this feature is and are exploring the possibility of bringing video support to Windows in the future.
- Hardware Support for Controllers: Expanding hardware compatibility is high on our list. While we currently support a wide range of controllers, we know there’s always more to do. Our team is actively working to increase support for additional controllers to give DJs more flexibility without needing to change their hardware. Can you please elaborate on specifics you’d like to see our teams focus on?
We appreciate your patience and continued support. Your feedback helps us improve djay, and our dedicated development team is working hard to make djay for Windows as feature-rich and reliable as possible. Thanks again!
Hi @Slak_Jaw

The instructions show something different than what the program itself offers - it’s not a bug

I checked the hardware configuration has little effect on quality in relation to Windows, I don’t see a difference between a 10-year-old laptop and a modern or stationary PC with components no older than two years “Instantly isolate beats, instruments, and vocals of any song based on cutting-edge AI.” The software works without access to the network, so what AI does it?
-
I and other users wrote about hot cue - I don’t see any work in this direction for a long time and I don’t see the need to provide materials from user configurations - the proposed solution is the option of saving markers to the library on disk - in the event of a hardware failure or change, we always have everything at hand.
-
Visualization of the performance is one of the advantages of software from other manufacturers - it is worth hurrying
-
For example “Traktor-style Modifiers and Conditions?”, but it is mainly about connecting the controller in full support and mapping mode allowing not only changing functions but also fully configuring the action
After the last update I noticed that the tempo analysis is not performed for all songs when there are several versions of one on the list - each of these files has a different name in part, e.g. MIX… Vocal Ver … etc.
