Can’t figure out how to get portrait mode when hooked up to the Idj pro numark controller help!

Sorry to hear about your problem. Can you please tell us more, e.g. which version of djay are you using and what happens when you connect the iDJ Pro?

djay should automatically switch to the special portrait mode when connecting your iDJ Pro.

We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue here.
