The new iPad does not have a headphone plug. So I need an adapter to have the plug again. But with this adapater I can’t use the HDMI Adapter anymore…so I loose pre-cueing now… is there any solution?

What if you used the regular Griffin splitter and simply plug a Bluetooth transmitter into one of the outputs? You could BT headphones, or main mix. There are dozens of combo Bluetooth xmitter/rcvr adaptors out there.
