Pre-cueing not working for my DJ Cable

I’m DJing right now using my DJ Cable but all of a sudden the splitter is not working. I don’t hear the pre-cueing music anymore in my headphones. How can this be fixed?

Please be sure that the Split Output is activated in order to use the Pre cueing function. 
Otherwise please try if it is an hardware problem by using another cable. 
If the problem is still there please contact us again!
