Pre Cueing with Rane System One

      Can the Djay Pro pre-cueing function (softtware) work through the headphones of the Rane System One (Standalone)

    • We spoke before about Pre Cueing songs (See email 25 Sept 2025/ Name: smackdcw) with the Rane Performer and Rane One MK2 in which I have purchased both. We determined that it could NOT work on either system, but most or all of Pioneer controller do. Bottom line…..Does the RANE System One (standalone) have this capability before I run out to buy it?

Hi @smackdcw, I assume by “pre-cueing” you actually mean “library preview in the headphones”. Either way, this hardware is not yet supported on djay so can’t say whether this feature will be supported or not.

Ok….I saw on Youtube that the Rane System One worked with DJAY Pro at the last NAMM.

My mistake……..but does the function work on the pioneer FLEX 10 ?

Library Preview is not supported on the FLX10.

I think it is as it’s an internal software device. I’ll check but I’m pretty sure I did a previous mapping with it.

Thanks @Dysfunk_DJ, yes Library Track Preview should work if it’s an Internal Mixer Mode device. Would be great if you could confirm.

Yes library preview does map to flx 10. I previously mapped shift press browser knob and mix point link buttons to scroll forward or back.
